MJK Omukandi Events specializes in catering and decoration.
The name MJK Omukandi Events Management stands for - Maria Jacoba Keys and Omukandi in
Ovahimba translates to party or wedding. Ovahimba is one of Namibia's ethnic languages.
Maricobi Keys is the sole owner of the business with her husband Quintin Keys who's her right hand man on the
operating side.
MJK Omukandi events Management Company was found when we took over the kitchen at Sport Klub Windhoek (SKW) on the 1st of September 2006.
The kitchen staff consist out of 10 permanent employees who are responsible for the preparation of the food and the
cleaning of the kitchen.
The SKW is situated at the corner of Auas Road & Sean McBride str in Olympia, Windhoek.

Operating Terms
Venues
No beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the club for consumption on the premises without the special and written consent of the club. Our liquor license allow us to serve liquor until 00h00 from Monday to Thursday and Saturday and 02h00 on Fridays.The client is not entitled to fit decorations by driving any screws or nails into the walls, floors, doors or ceilings of the function area without prior consent of the Management of the club.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the function and we reserve the right to remove objectionable persons without liability.
The Club will take every precaution to safe guard your property. Management and Staff of the Club cannot accept liability or responsibility for the loss of or damage to any property brought on to the premises.
The club will do everything possible to discourage disturbances however it must be understood that this can occur when other functions are being held.
Anticipated number of guests must be advised to the Club. Should there be an increase in the number attending the function extra persons will be charged for.
The client agrees to reimburse the club for the value of any damages or losses caused to the club or third person or their property by the client, its guests or invitees.
Kitchen
Booking will only be confirmed once a signed confirmation sheet is received from the client.Our prices includes cutlery & crockery.
A 50 % deposit is payable together with confirmation, either by cash, guaranteed cheque, electronic transfer.
The balance is due within 7 days after the function!
An appointment needs to be set up to discuss the final detail as soon as possible
If any of the equipment / plates / dishes/ cutlery / crockery are not returned in the same condition and quantities as delivered, the client is fully responsible and will be invoice accordingly
Quotation is valid for 30 days only
No food of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the club for consumption on the premises without the special and written consent of the club.
No credit cards are excepted, except if you are willing to pay an additional 5 % on the total cost.
Catering at Alternate Venues:
Booking will only be accepted as confirmed when confirmation sheet is signed by clientOur prices includes cutlery & crockery.
Service will be available to a minimum of 30 pax and not less than N$ 3000-00
A 50 % deposit is payable on confirmation, either by cash, guaranteed cheque, electronic transfer.
The balance is due within 7 days after the day of the function!

The Clients hereby choose Domicillium Citandi for all purposes at the Trading/Residential address set out at the bottom of the Agreement.
